LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Perfect DOWNTOWN getaway! Perfect for a Business trip (convention center w/in walking distance), traveling nurses, Family Vacay, romantic getaway, or a Couples (x 3) weekend. This Westside North Bungalow is totally restored and updated! Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main floor. Master suite (main level) has a 60" walk-in shower en-suite. Second bedroom (main level), has a tub/shower en-suite. Third bedroom, bathroom, and reading nook are on the second floor and has a free-standing soaking tub en-suite. This 3BR/3BA is close enough to walk to: see pics for time and distance to... the KC Convention Center, Crown Center, the Kauffman performing arts center, Union Station, the Liberty Memorial, and even the KC streetcar. You can even ride the KC Streetcar for free to the River Market. More importantly, you can walk to dozens of great restaurants on the Westside like the Westsider Local, Chez Elle Creperie and Coffeehouse, and the Blue Bird Bistro (4 blocks away), the Crossroads Art District (and host to First Fridays Arts festivals) is home to some of KC's best restaurants such as Jack Stack BBQ, Lidia's Italian Bistro, Manny's Mexican, and Grunauer (German). SW Boulevard (2 blocks away) is also home to many authentic Mexican restaurants, all within walking distance. The Power and Light District, full of restaurants, sports bars, grocery store, and nightclubs are a short Uber/Lyft ride away <1 mi. You are also about one 3/4 of a mile to the Hy-Vee Arena and the antique district in the West Bottoms. A fun way to spend a saturday afternoon.

It could use railings for the stairs in the front and back entrances. Great location! Lots to do in downtown KC. Outstanding that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Couples Getaway
Visit KC for Royals game and concert with two other couples. Location was great and the house is in a great location to visit downtown KC. Quick rides to West Bottoms, Plaza and the location is in the Crossroads area so it worked out perfect. Host was great and stayed in communication throughout the process. Great for a weekend getaway if you are visiting KC. House was set up great for couples plenty of space, kitchen, etc. we would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location
We enjoyed our stay! The location couldn’t be better - walkable to downtown & crossroads and within a short drive of everything to do! The place is well laid out and perfect to accommodate our group of 3 couples. Host communication was very good - we asked about shower amenities previously not being provided and the host ordered shampoo dispensers to the house for us to use! The lawn could use a trim to make parking in the back easier, but with the excessive rain lately that is understandable. Overall a great stay!

Family Funeral
While we had to gather for a funeral, it allowed us a time to share stories and memories. We highly recommend this lovely home. It was spotless, well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communications from the Host-very clear and easy check in and out information. We would rent it again!! WONDERFUL PLACE
Location was perfect for crossroads district. The accommodations were very complete as the owner provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IN DOWNTOWN KANSAS CITY
We were in for a wedding and mini vacation. The house was centrally located, so we were always only 5-10 minutes away from everything. House was well equipped with everything even though we ate out alot. Very close to street and highway, yet the house was quite soundproof, didn't hear alit of outside noise.

Perfect Location for Visiting DT KC
Our family spent the 4th of July weekend ar this property and had a great time! The location was so convenient for visiting sites in downtown KC as well as just a short distance to the adorable Westport area. The house was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and the hosts were easy to work with. And bonus, the neighborhood was full of friendly neighbors who were kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay for fun & country concert!
We checked in late on a Thursday evening. Spent a rainy Friday playing cards then hitting the town to see Thomas Rhett. Very easy Uber ride down to power and light district. Also ubered to the Azura amphitheater with ease. Felt safe across the street from a fire station, parking on street was easy amidst construction updates on neighboring houses. Clean house. Towels provided, coffee and coffee maker, pots, pans, salt and pepper. We stayed with 6 adults. Would stay again 🤓

Great location!
Great location, wonderful and unique house! We brought the kids and grandparents for a weekend getaway. Location was perfect for exploring, especially on bikes! House was unique and the spiral staircase was a big hit with the kids! We will be back!

Stayed in this adorable house for three nights with some friends. I don’t have a single complaint! The first night we were there we accidentally locked ourselves out. Mike was amazing and responsive and helped us get back in right away! Felt safe the entire time and never had any issues. Would absolutely book this again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean & well equipped. The stairs are a little tricky with a toddler but once up there, it was nice. Only recommendation would be a kitchen towel. It was well stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, coffee pods, etc. the location was great for the Convention Center. Close to a fire station & interstate so fairly noisy but to be expected. Parking was great! I would recommend staying here!
