The 1st floor has one bedroom with a king bed, full bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room.
The 2nd floor has the other two bedrooms and two full baths.

Lyft, Uber, or Bird scooters are available. There is both pay to park and some free parking throughout the neighborhood.

No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee - $100 per pet per month for long term stays
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
