✦This is a duplex. Your entrance to the duplex is out front and the tenant below has their entrance at the back. Please do not go to the back to enter your apartment.

There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, platform will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.

Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost.
