Guest will have access to every area of the home except the detached garage next to the home. The fireplace in the living room and basement are for decoration only and not to be used during the stay.
Enter through the front of the home using a personalized code you will receive on the day of arrival. You are immediately met with the feeling of home! Due to the home being older the spaces are all on different levels and require a lot of climbing stairs to move about. If stairs are a problem this property may not be the best option for you but please reach out as we may have something else that can work for. you! The lower level of the home, where guests will enter features the kitchen, dining room and small seating area. The half bathand small office are located right off the main floor but do require a few stairs to access. The second level features the main living room area and 2 of the bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The second level is also where guests will have access to the back deck and entertainment area. The third floor offers an additional smaller living room + kitchenette area (pictured) + 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. More details listed below!

There are a couple living spaces, the main living room is on the second floor. This room offers a peaceful atmosphere with natural lighting and plenty of seating! One large sectional and two comfy chairs along with a Smart TV to stream your favorite show or game! This space opens up to the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor deck area.

The kitchen and dining area are on the lower level right as you enter the home. This gorgeous kitchen has been completely remodeled and features all new stainless steel appliances. All cookware, dinnerware and drinkware is provided! You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a drip coffee maker, French press and pour over along with coffee grounds, sugar and creamer included. There is a dining room right off the kitchen that has a beautiful table!

There are two and a half bathrooms in this home with plenty of space to rejuvenate. The master bathroom features a shower/ tub combo with a double vanity! The guest bathrooms has a shower/tub combo. All full bathrooms offer luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.
*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 12, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations. Taxes are collected in addition to the fee) There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*Cancellation Policy*
Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
