Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team.

Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.

ENVITAE does not allow local residents to book homes for same day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.

Location was great and very central to everything in the city. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Only con is that Parking is a bit hard to find

Great Location
I love the crossroads district. If you stay at this property there is lots of construction going on outside the master bedroom windows. So, be prepared to wake up at 0600 M-F (noise). Also be aware of the check out time of 10am… Nice building with mostly residential people.

Great loft and location but a lil’ smelly
The building and hallways had a constant funky smell but the loft itself was wonderful. The location was great. It was disappointing to learn after the fact that the parking wasn’t available and it was a hassle to find street parking because the building is across from a nightclub and restaurant, and next door to a hotel. Trash from the previous stay remained outside the loft door for the entirety of our trip. The building manager was very nice and the property managers were very responsive. One night during the weekend the lobby door wasn’t locking and there were a ton of people on the streets, so that felt unsafe. The bedroom is below a baby’s room and every morning at the same time, we were awaken by a screaming and very unhappy baby whose crib had to be right over or next to the vent so he/she sounded as though she was in the room with us. Very annoying because the parent(s) would let the baby cry for no less than 30 minutes. EVERY MORNING. Good thing was that no one in the loft heard the baby when the bedroom door was closed except for the people sleeping in the bedroom. Overall, it was a great experience. Mostly.
