"The property is so close to the train station / ferry! We had a excellent stay, and it was great value for money. The only con is that there aren't any restaurants at walking distance. But we only stayed for a night, and highly recommend it!"

"We loved staying here. It’s a beautiful apartment, very clean, with plenty of amenities. The host responds to queries quickly and is very kind. The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the ferry port and the beds were so comfortable! I’ll be staying here again next time I visit. My only small grumble is that though the apartment can sleep many people, there aren’t any large pans for cooking. But aside from that it was perfect."

"The property is as depicted and is in a great location BUT sound comes right through the ceiling from the units above. On the night we stayed, there was a raucous party with people trampling across the floor that carried on until midnight, making sleep impossible. So it comes down to whoʻs in the units above."

"The owner has no idea, he wanted us to pay when we had already paid and wanted to charge us to pick us up from the station when the booking form clearly stated "free pick up from station" There was no way to contact the owner through email. There locks on the windows do not work, there was a hole in the door that someone could crawl through, we felt unsafe. Disappointing, we left one day early and lost our money. Not recommended "

Wonderful place on a beautiful island

"LiveMax hotel on Miyajima was a the perfect place for an overnight trip. Perfectly situated close to the ferry station and walkable to all the sights on the island. They rent bicycles if needed. The dinner buffet was insane (mad rush to the sushi and beef for yakitori at the table) but it was a unique experience to say the least. Delicious food provided. We had excellent customer service during the check in and check out process. You are assigned a locker for outdoor shoes upon arrival and have to wear the provided leather slippers while on site. The room was extremely spacious (for Japan standards) and the 2 waters provided were appreciated. "
