"This is a really nice villa and equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen. It has a nice balcony area for the evenings and is spacious - much better than getting a hotel!. The pool area is great - the pool is a good size, regularly kept tidy and clean by a pool guy, and nicely secluded. Its a very quiet area but I think we were lucky as a lot of the villas seemed unoccupied while we were there and the building work at the end of the road paused in Aug....

" An honest review We have just come back from a week spent at the Villa Sunrise and have had a lovely stay. Communication with Lisa has been great any questions we asked they were answered quickly and bonus of a late departure was given which was a nice touch for us. We were greeted with a welcome pack which had the essentials milk, bread etc again a nice touch when you have been travelling all day. The location of the villa is perfect walking distance from the strip which hosts lots of places...

"The villa gave us just what we needed - rest and relaxation. Lovely to find a few essentials like bread and milk when we arrived very late at night. Very dark on the porch, so our mobile torch came in handy to do the key safe code. Very tidy house inside and out. Pool guy came regularly and kept it spotless. A gardener appeared too and sprayed some weedkiller round the garden at one point so I steered clear of that. Maria came to clean and change bedding/towels midweek and was so lovely....

"Disappointing first opinion. Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. "This was our first visit to Cyprus (4 adults, 2 young kids) and we were very pleased with our choice of accommodation. The villa is very spacious and has a fantastic pool and entertainment area. "Arrived by taxi and got into villa with no problems, they welcome pack was great with the basics and drinks. The pool was everything we hoped it would be and to look at the actual villa was what we actually had. Could not have been happier with everything."
