"Staff needs to be more fluent in English and washrooms needs more updated. Otherwise we had good time during our stay. Very convenient location to shop around and buffet was really nice. "

"Convenient location, Lobby is air conditioned which is nice for a hot place like Kochi. Good WiFi but does not work in the restaurant. Some city noise at night due to central location Staff were attentive in the hotel and restaurant And always prompt Nice rooftop pool "
