"The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. In fact, the whole property was impeccably clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The view from my room was lovely. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, including fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice. The location was perfect as I was coming from Isha. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I am so grateful for their hospitality. "

I had to ask for passwords again and again. The room never got swept or cleaned. The area around the hotel is awful. It stinks of sewage and no pavement to walk on. Constant fear of being run over. We spent 2 days inside our room mostly."

"The property is excellent. Has gorgeous mountain views from the rooftop pool, gym and the restaurant. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a great spread and delicious. There is not many activities to do around but then that is true for most of the places in Kerala. If you want to just relax surrounded by mountain views, enjoy a great pool, delicious food, great hospitality in palakkad then you must stay here. I know, I will"

"I had an amazing time at Coconut Lagoon.I was trapped alone and tthe staff made me feel welcome and at home. Really each member of staff was very helpful. The resort is extremely well maintained. There are free activities. I highly recommend the river walk, it is amazing. The guide, Vignesh,.did a great job in keeping us safe. I would also like to thank the ladies of the cleaning staff, Shanti and Sishwyria, for their friendless and work. The receptionist Sareeka was also very helpful. I just can compliment the manager, who I had a chance to meet, for the great work he is doing. I would definitely come again. "

"I haven’t stayed here because this prison even existed. They said they 9.56 mi away from the tough center which I was looking for when we went the to the youga center and then call perry they said we are 9.5 walking after your climb the mountain and then come down. I don’t trust Expedia any more also because no body call me back and if you would trust Expedia you will be stuck in the mountains somewhere out of nowhere at midnights. You will be risking your and your family life. "
