"Cool property that was well located for the things we wanted to do on the windward side. Convenient to shopping and restaurants, but with a great tropical feel. Staff very accommodating and access to the kayaks to fish the bay was a great plus."

"The place is a bit dated but did the job..,everything you need is within 5 minutes. Bars, restaurants, beach and shopping all close by. The quality of the apartment is reflected in the price but it does the job for us and we will stay at Waikīkī Sunset again."

It is unfortunate that the vacation rentals on the windward side have had to stop advertising because of the permit laws in Hawaii suddenly being enforced. Kaneohe Bay and Kailua Beach are lovely, and still maintain a somewhat local feel.
