"Wonderful experience during our stay and the service provided by Aruna’s team was exceptional. I would like to specifically acknowledge the following members for their outstanding support, Nikhil in restaurant , Rohit and Vinod for their assistance while we were dining . Aruna was amazing and generously offered us a free upgrade. Had booked three rooms. Anjali from Reception, whose professionalism stood out. Special mention to Abhishek from Reception, who was extremely warm and courteous throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the curated services and the local cuisine flavors added a delightful touch to our stay. Thank you once again for making our visit memorable. "Access to the mall is the only plus. Furnishings in the rooms are outdated and dirty. I never sat in a sofa before that has no back cushions to support you. No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking. You may get locked out if you are a late night player. Turns absolutely dark at night even the walkways and stairwells to the rooms, so keep a flashlight on hand. I give 2-3 stars, only for the staff friendliness and courtesy.?"
