It was a quick one night stay. The main reason we booked this accommodation was because of complimentary breakfast. It was disappointing to know that they did not serve breakfast at all during the time we stayed. There are not many dining options nearby either. ( this was during December, so don’t know how things are during peak travel season) The property seemed old and room quite stuffy.

Staff were rude to me and my wife. Unprofessional. No parking at this place and we were forced to park in the handicapped spot even though we didn’t need it. Wasn’t towed but the staff refused to write down that they told us to park there if we were at risk for towing. Housekeeping was pushy for us to get out 2 hours before our checkout time. Worst hotel experience ever

It was surprisingly to know that there is no breakfast during winter season. I ordered the motel expecting to have a breakfast in the mornings. The first room we were given was not cleaned. I had to run back and forth to the office, repark my car, etc.

The rooms are small and outdated. The heaters are extremely loud, I recommend running a full blast before bed and then keeping it off through the night. It's a clean, no frills place to stay.

The room was clean. The motel is within walking distance of several places to eat. Seemed pretty quiet. When I checked in the guy at the front desk was none to friendly. I had done the pre check-in the day before, but that seemed pointless because he asked for all the same information anyway.

The woman checking me in was not overly friendly. Not a single smile, welcome, have a nice stay...nothing. I felt like I was putting her out. There is supposed to be wi-fi. I was in the very last room where it doesn't reach. The window was open when I came in, which is fine. I went to close it and saw the land it's on is absolutely overgrown and looks abandoned, though it's the property of the motel. A single light my end of the hotel hallway. I felt unsafe as a woman traveling alone. The bed was fine. The room was dark and dismal with scratched up furniture. I don't care if things are old or outdated, but I do care if it's maintained. I got up early and left before any staff was around. I will never stay here again.

Value for your dollar given Kanab and access to the national parks. No fruit offered for the breakfast. The lighting in the room was a bit weak; could use stronger lighting in the rooms. Newly updated shower; the rooms are a bit dated.

Property is very old and in need of a renovation. Never could find an ice machine. AC did blow cold once it got going. Everything just seemed like it was from the 90s. Average experience overall. It was nice that I could walk to a grocery store and a good burger place down the road.

The room was clean and the staff helpful. As previous persons have commented, it could use a refurbishing, especially the carpet throughout. It looked like the bathroom had been refurbished recently but the carpet, HVAC, windows, etc. were way past end of life. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work, and the ice machine was out of order and looked like it had been for some time. All that having been said, the beds were neat and clean, which is the most important thing.
