We loved this quiet place so much we decided to extend our stay by 4 days and used it as a hub for many excursions in the area. Checkin was simple, we received the code to our door via text and it worked well. Everything was clean. The well lit room was designed thoughtfully and bathroom was nice and clean with a roomy shower. TV and Wi-Fi worked well. The AC/heating unit was a little loud when the heat kicked in but no biggie. Our room was equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. We couldn’t find a good breakfast restaurant near by, maybe the folks in town don’t start the day as early as we do. We found 2 grocery markets close by so the kitchen was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again.

Incredibly easy lobby-less check in. Small quiet property, Attentive owners. Saw owner on site painting sign to keep it fresh and cleaning the parking lot. Well cared for inside and out.

Small number of units, excellent condition, very spacious, kitchen stocked with all supplies, spacious, two outdoor spaces for dining, reading, or relaxing. Walkable to shopping, dining, and entertainment. I'm coming back in a month and will be staying here again.

Beds are the most important aspect to a good hotel, to me. Cleanliness is next... because of you have a good bed, usually a clean place. The beds at the suites are so very comfortable! Lots of space in the suite, clean, and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. Easiest check-in and out EVER. Would definitely book here again when visiting Utah.

Excellent Hotel!
We loved Kanab Suites! It was clean and very comfortable. There were some restaurants within walking distance and tons of beautiful outdoor activities close by. The self-check in was easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

This is exactly the type of place my wife and I seek out and prefer on our road trips. Ground level, single story…pull up and park directly in front of the room for ease in unloading/loading suitcases, etc. Secure keyless entry to a very clean, spacious, well-appointed room. Vinyl plank flooring. Comfy king bed with light, electrical/usb outlets within easy reach on wall mounted nightstand on both sides of bed. Fully equipped kitchenette…sink, range top, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. Large bathroom/shower with plenty of counter space. Quiet, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, etc. Very reasonably priced. If this is the type of place you prefer, I highly recommend Kanab Suites.

I think it'll be okay if you stay for about a day. First of all, my family stayed for 5 days. I don't have an office, so if you need anything, you have to contact me by message. I wanted it to be clean because I had children, but it was messy. The shower booth was not clean, so I cleaned it again, and the sink kept smelling from the drain, so I kept the fan on. It would be nice if the sink was clean, too. The location of the hotel was good.
