Your Paradise Villa is located in the Fairways at Mauna Lani Resort. This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 ½ bath townhome will make your Hawaiian Vacation experience complete.

From the moment you and your guests enter this private retreat, you will be amazed by the location and amenities this exceptional home has to offer. Step into a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, modern appliances, utensils and all the small appliances you would need to create your dream meals. Or if you prefer to BBQ your fresh catch or island grown grass fed beef, don't worry about searching for the grill somewhere on property because we have a gas grill right here on the lanai in your personal outdoor kitchen.

Relax in comfort watching movies with the DVD player on the large flat screen TV, or listening to music on the CD player. When your meal is over, lift off the top of the dining room table and it easily converts to a card/gaming table.

Your large Master Suite is located on the main floor and includes a King Size bed. Open the sliding doors and enjoy your morning coffee on the private lanai. Within the Master Suite is the luxurious Master Bathroom, your private tropical oasis. This ceramic tiled area consists of separate walk-in shower, large Jacuzzi tub, granite counter tops and a walk-in closet.

On the privately located second floor, there are two additional guest bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with a Queen size bed. For the convenience of your guests, there is also a full bathroom located upstairs. In addition, this home includes a front-loading washer and dryer which are efficiently located in a separate room just off the kitchen, while a half bath(powder room) is conveniently located off the hall on the first floor.

Also included for the enjoyment of our guests are two bicycles to explore the resort with, and a collection of beach and surf equipment to make you Hawaiian vacation complete are located in the outside storage closet next to the garage.Outside parking is available for guests, the garage contains the owners personal vehicle and is unaccessible.

The Fairways at Mauna Lani is an exclusive gated community located on the beautiful Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. The quiet 20 acre grounds are located along the 4th and 12th holes of the world renown Francis H. Brown North Golf Course. The Fairways is centrally located in the Mauna Lani Resort, just a short walk away from the Shops at Mauna Lani, which include Foodland grocery store, Tommy Bahama's Restaurant and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, and many other shops and galleries. It is also just a short stroll to Fairmont Orchid Hotel and its incredible open access beach with great swimming and snorkeling!

The amenities of the Fairways at Mauna Lani include a beautiful large pool, feed by lava rock waterfalls with hot tub and Koi Ponds, exercise room, large common BBQ area and clubhouse. Private access to the exclusive Mauna Lani Beach Club and Restaurant is also included. This beach club offers world class snorkeling within the resort as well as hiking trails along the ocean that connect to the Fairmont Orchid and other world class hotels and beaches.

This place is perfect for a family, we were on island visiting my brother and stayed in the condo with his family and ours, was perfect, we could walk to the stores and restaurants. This place was clean with tons of room for everyone. Access the beach club and pool was great. Will definitely stay again.

The best condo at Mauna Lani Fairways!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, well appointed, comfortable, and in a perfect location to enjoy the lanai and pool. The kitchen was well outfitted for cooking and BBQ. We had friends stay in other units nearby and this was the best by far.

Our family had a fantastic stay at 1605 the Fairways in Mauna Lani. The property was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels and beach supplies were provided. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Well-stocked and Beautiful Place
This was our favorite stay in Hawaii. The condo had lots of space for 3 couples and was very well-stocked including laundry pods and many pay-it-forward kitchen items. The garage closet included beach chairs and snorkel gear. The pool on site is really nice, and the private beach club is amazing!

Very nice place and makes a week of vacation too short :)

Great location, amenities and beautiful home.
This is a great location, close to the Fairmont Orchid, Mauna Lani and a small shopping center with an excellent grocery store. The beach club was a short drive away and the beach chairs, umbrellas and other equipment was a bonus. This is a beautiful home with a fully equipped kitchen, close access to the pool and lots of walking options out the front door.

We've been going to mauna lani for years. This I'd the first time we rented at the fairway. The location is great and the condo is very spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with oil, spices, and condiments. The beds are comfortable. Definitely will rent again.

Perfect condo for a family get together!
My husband and I have stayed at Fairways on 3 previous occasions, love the area and all the amenities, especially the beach for snorkelling and enjoying the sun and water views. This was our first time in a 3 bedroom unit and it was great, lots of room for our family, everyone loved it, even space for 3 cooks in the kitchen! The pool and area was wonderful, we all spent many time there everyday, relaxing and visiting. Would definitely recommend this condo, looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Awesome how and location
We loved this house! It was clean, spacious, in a nice gated community with pool and hot tub close by. It’s a 20 minute walk to food-land and Tommy Bahama, and 20 minute walk to the Mauna Lani Fitness Center. The house came with bikes and my boys would ride to the gym. It was also close to our favorite golf courses. We had to contact the manager for a missing supply and he responded immediately. I highly recommend this property!

Well stocked and equipped kitchen. Large bed and bathrooms. Korby was very responsive throughout our stay and Hawaii Luxury Real Estate was proactive to notify about the Hawaii fires, which happened just before we arrived. Several great beaches a short drive away including the Beach Club. Fairways is a gated complex and near the pool is a modest fitness center you can reserve. Nearest grocery is 2/3 mile, 15 min walk away--very convenient!

We were looking for a property to house our older kids, (15, 18, 20) and us which had to be close to the pool/gym, beaches and stores. This property delivered all of those and more. It was clean, spacious and centrally located. Great beach furniture and bikes. Korby was great as a property manager - very prompt courteous. Great family vacation with valuable memories made. Perfect location, extremely clean and spacious and equipped with everything you need
We had a fantastic stay at this home away from home. It was very relaxing, spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need (kitchen stuff, linens & towels, beach stuff and bicycles). It is very close to the pool which was a great hang out spot for us and was perfect for our 3 kids (ages 2, 4 & 9). It is also well located for short drives to beaches etc and we loved the Mauna Lani beach club beach which is private access (keys provided) which again was perfect for our age of kids...we had no problem letting the two older ones take a paddle board out and see the fishes. We would definitely recommend this and book again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!!!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice but Blah, only 2 bikes and no other recreational activities such as boogie boards, coolers , beach chairs. in general all the thing you rent a house over a hotel for were missing.

Well stocked home!
The property was right near the pool and came stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, two bikes and mats. The only issue is the garage doesn’t fit a car bigger than a mini. Everyone has to park in guest parking. We were there during COVID, and few people were there. In normal times, I wonder if finding a place to park is challenging? We enjoyed the patio every evening! The house was lovely.

Gorgeous condo
We had a great time at our recent stay. This condo is really nice and the A/C was especially nice. Loved having all the comforts of home, including a washer & dryer. The walk to the pool is very short and I like that it had a covered area for sitting. I do wish there were closer meal options but there are some - just be sure to make reservations well ahead of your trip. We only went to the beach club once because it was really crowded. Mostly we were at the pool or out sightseeing. Enjoyed evenings on the lanai, watching the occasional mongoose sneak by. There was a friendly cat that liked to visit us and my kids loved that.

Outstanding rental
We loved this rental so much!! As a family that enjoys cooking, we cannot thank you enough for stocking the kitchen not only with every tool we could need, but also essentials and spices! It made our stay so enjoyable and easy. Everything was comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. Also really appreciated all the beach gear and beach towels. One notable thing that needs to be fixed - the sliding door to the lanai does not lock. It looks like it locks but in fact slides open easily no matter what you do. Not a big deal in a gated community, but something you should be aware of.
