Our spacious condominium is ideal for families and couples, and it offers gorgeous ocean and sunset views. We have recently redecorated and refurbished the unit, adding to the overall comfort and experience for our guests.

All guests can enjoy the wonderful public areas of both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna hotels and their beaches. In addition, resort privileges are available which means that guests at our condo can enjoy all of the wonders of both of these five-star resorts (more details on the resort costs and amenities can be found below under 'Other Amenities').

With resort access, guests can enjoy full privileges at both Mauna Kea and Hapuna hotels as if they are hotel guests. Privileges include:
-free reserved parking at the hotels

-resort signing privileges
-fitness center
The rate for Beach Club privileges is set for 2024 at $120 per day up to 30 days with discounts available for stays beyond 30 days. Please note that this fee is in addition to rental fees, and guests contract directly with the hotels for this service. The rate is set by the hotel and is subject to change in 2025.
In addition to providing access to all of the offerings of the hotels, the condominiums at Kumulani enjoy a private amenity center a short walk away which includes:

MAUNA KEA RENOVATION: In mid-April 2024, Mauna Kea will commence a $180 million renovation of the property that they intend to complete around early December 2024. Our understanding as of 12/31/23 comprises the following (subject to change):
-no impact to outdoor facilities such as beach and tennis
-limited impact to dining facilities (see more below)
-closure of some hotel rooms which will be remodeled in phases. Original tower remodel to begin in April during which time the rooms in that tower will be entirely unavailable; upon completion (targeted for December 2024), the original tower will reopen and the remodel work will commence on the beach tower. Rooms will be unavailable until completion which is targeted for spring 2025.
-new construction of a spa and adult pool area behind the Buddha statue
-upgrading the existing pool area and relocation of hot tub once the adult pool area is finished
-upgrades to the Hau Tree bar, restaurant, and kitchen. Kitchen will be closed for a period of time but other onsite cooking facilities will be utilized.
-closure of the Mauna Kea golf course with remodel focusing on the greens and bunkers.
-relocation of fitness center around the lower courtyard of the hotel
