With a spacious layout comprising 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and more than 1600 sq ft of total space, you will truly feel like you are on vacation as you set foot into this spectacular home that will delight your senses with its warm, tropical Hawaiian ambiance.

This two bedroom home is fully furnished with a king size bed in the master (Cal King) with a private en suite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with its own private bath as well along with an office set up. The large dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people and the gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, and all that you would need. The living room features a comfortable sectional couch, sitting chair, and a large TV. There are also TVs in each of the bedrooms.

The main floor lanai is equipped with a top of the line Viking outdoor kitchen/BBQ that is perfect for grilling the fresh catch of the day while sipping a glass of wine. The upstairs private lanai off the Master is a great place for watching breathtaking sunsets or enjoying your morning Kona coffee. The view is spectacular with glimpses of the Pacific Ocean and majestic views of the Kohala Mountains.

The recreation center at Kulalani is arguably the best on the coast, and boasts 2.5 acres of lushly landscaped lawns around two pools, Jacuzzi spas, workout facility, and BBQ pavilion. Great location. The grounds are really beautiful. You can walk to the Fairmont Hotel and Pyroglyphics. The lap pool is really nice and the lagoon pool is great if you have kids. Our check in was not ideal we were given the wrong gate code to enter the property. Also there was no parking pass so we had to park in the garage. With an explorer it was very tight. The host needs to update her check in information.

What a wonderful stay. Lovely place in a beautiful neighborhood. Two pools/gym is steps away along with passes to Mauna Lani Beach Club (snorkel the cove reefs -highly recomended) and Hilton Pool. Only issue is that it ended. :)

Perfect location for half Ironman!
Came for the June half Ironman race and it was a perfect location for that! Walkable to see all events. Private beach was also amazing. Place was wonderful as well and had everything we needed.

We’ve stayed in several units in Kulalani before over the years. This unit completely met our expectations and needs at an excellent price. No complaints. Listing information was all completely accurate. Unit was very clean and equipped to the standards we’d expect. Would stay here again.

Beautiful house and location
The condo was very clean and had lots of amenities and was well stocked. The swimming pool and grounds were great and the access to the hotel and beach club was very convenient. We loved our stay here! The only hiccup was the arrival instructions were not correct, however we contacted the property manager and it fixed quickly!

Great Stay in Kulalani
We’ve stayed in other complexes in Mauna Lani and love the resort. This was our first time staying in Kulalani. The pools and fitness center in the complex are fantastic and we used them often. The condo was great and worked well for our family. Small things like having more silverware and glasses and some kind of bakeware in the kitchen would be helpful.

This property was great. The area is close to everything and the beach club had the best snorkeling we could find, and we went to lots of beaches. The recommendation would be if the pool could be heated since it was a bit cold and the kids didn’t want to use it much. Other than that it was great and Amy was super responsive to all of our questions and needs.

Very nice stay!
Very nice and clean apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The check in did not go well, an hour late, since the apartment has not yet been cleaned, was a small misunderstanding that was then clarified, everything is fine! For this we were allowed to stay in the apartment for a few hours longer, thank you very much for that. Overall, a great stay, highly recommended.

Kulalani complex
We had a great time! The rental was well stocked, clean, and close to amenities. Access to the pools and the beach club were wonderful. Enjoyed the resort grounds as well. Good selection of chairs, mats and umbrella to use at beaches. It was very comfortable for 2 couples. Amy was available immediately for questions that we had. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Nice quite gated community
This condo has great access to the pool as well as the private beach club. Get there early and enjoy a cabana for the day. Located in a gated community with all the conveniences needed. One of the bikes needs has a bad tire and needs a new tube.

Amazing rental!!
We wanted a place to relax that was close to the beach and had everything close by. We couldn't have made a better choice. The rental is in a gated community with beautiful landscaping and a beautiful pool right behind it. The rental had all the beach gear you need to include chairs and an umbrella. Weade use of those items when we went to the private gated beach you get access to when staying here. All I can say is we will definitely be back to stay here again. The house was perfect for our family and was super clean and comfortable. Amazing property in an amazing area of Hawaii. PERFECT!

Very Spacious
The property is quite spacious and two couples could easily stay and have enough privacy. The location was great for our needs. The master bedroom is large with a chest of drawers so you can unpack. There is also a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has two sinks with cabinets/drawers and a large shower and separate tub. As other reviewers have noted, some things have seen better days and could be replaced (stained carpeting, some broken blinds, master bed), but nothing that should keep you away. Enjoy! Hawaii is definitely paradise.

Beautiful complex and area
We really enjoyed our time here. The master bedroom has a great patio with furniture that you can sit outside on. The complex is awesome with 2 pools (kid and adult) and 2 hot tubs!!! Very quiet. Never used the fitness center but lots of other people did The rental is definitely worn (stains on carpets, paint scuffed up, wicker furniture torn, etc) but the beds and couch are very comfortable. I don’t spend a lot of time inside so it was the perfect place for us. All things functional. Close to the pool complex and an easy drive to the rest of the area. Manager was responsive!

Great location near the pool!
We loved the complex. The pool is great for families - a little Keiki pool for kiddos. There is also a lap pool near the gym which was great after a workout. The condo itself was pretty nice. The appliances could use an update. There is a pretty lengthy check out process requiring that guests wash towels and some sheets but the dryer takes more than 2 hours to dry towels. This required us to cut our last day short so that we had time to complete the checkout activities. Also, you're not allowed to use the garbage disposal which was oddly inconvenient.

Lovely Resort
The resort property itself was amazing, and the proximity to the beautiful pool area and gym was wonderful. The unit itself was a bit dated and the quality of some of the items was not really up to resort standard. There was no streaming service for the television or device for connecting music, which was disappointing. The master bedroom and enormous deck were what made the place better than average, however the main lanai was very small and had a very awkward set of patio furniture which made it difficult to enjoy. Tried to contact the property manager on a couple occasions and never heard back? One of the landscape sprinklers was soaking the patio furniture every day, but we eventually figure out how to correct the matter ourselves. Apart from that, the unit appears to be strictly a rental and so lacks some of the nicer touches of having an owner involved.
