This single-level, exquisitely designed oceanfront villa with a sunken living room and sliding glass pocket doors for indoor/outdoor island living, a chef's kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances/wine refrigerator, a dining area with adjoining wet bar, dual master suites (one with an outdoor shower and tub), a guest suite and a bunk room with two twin over twin beds. Additional features include a laundry room, air conditioning and ceiling fans, a private swimming pool, hot tub and furnished lanai with Wolf outdoor kitchen (BBQ, warming drawers, refrigerator). This residence is a 5-10-minute walk from the beach, golf and Mauna Kea Beach Hotel.

Guests will savor commanding ocean, golf and mountain vistas, resort charging privileges (with daily resort charge) and access to the endless, unrivaled Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort amenities, including beaches, golf, tennis, swimming pools, dining, spa, shopping activities and much more.

FOR RESORT ACCESS:
The Mauna Kea Resort Amenity Package is available to our guests for $260 per day. This package grants access to the hotels' swimming pools and world renowned beaches within Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna. Other hotel amenities include: two premier golf courses and a tennis center, a workout facility, activities and much more. By purchasing the Resort Access Amenity Package you will receive resort charging privileges, access to beach and pool chaise lounge chairs and towels.
