"The young and enthusiastic staff (from all parts of India) were responsive to our requests for modifications to the food; needless to say this required the full cooperation from the Chef and the kitchen staff. Food was freshly prepared, tasty and presented in an attractive manner. (We were a party of four and of a certain vintage and tended to favor our food to be on the bland side)."

"The hotel is very tired and requires an upgrade, evident with the wear and tear on room doors, the wall coverings on the levels where the rooms were and the carpets. The rooms, the lobby and the cafe were all presentable. The cafe staff were extremely welcoming but we did have to do without coffee a few mornings as the machine had broken. Also frustrating was the fact that we had to return several times to reception to activate the room access cards as they did not work on arrival at the room. We had booked two rooms and while the one my mum and I shared was comfortable, my sisters room was very noisy (she was at the end room on a corner). She thought that there was a door from her room to outside that had been locked but she could hear the traffic, dogs fighting which meant she did not sleep very well. We did not make use of the pool or facilities as they were being renovated which had not been advised prior to our stay. "

"The hotel is really good and food is excellent. The staff is cooperative . One note be very specific regarding room cleaning , you want or not. As I informed the team at reception no room cleaning required but still when we came back from imagica , room was cleaned. Imagicaa is walking distance and hotel is amazing. Fun part cartoon imagicaa performances at the restaurant keep up the feel of the place. "
