"We booked a room at Sama Sama Express for a day as we got to know that our flight had got delayed and the lay-over was now 11 hours. Wise decision. Apart from benefit of staying within the airport, the Sama Sama Express was very comfortable and relaxing. My 80 year old mother got to sleep for about 4 hours and I got to take a shower and sleep. "For the price, it was good value for money, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable, the bathroom was in need of repair as the handle on the shower door was broken, that said the shower was good and hot. Could of done with windows, as there wasn't any in the room's and maybe outside seating in the smoking area. The breakfast was simple but nice and the staff lovely and helpful. We all agree that we would stay here again."

"Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. "

"I checked in and my bed side Lamp was not working. Had to call housekeeping. No hot water to bathe until I checked out two days later. When I checked in, it was 10 pm and raining. I had no help to get to my room which was in a jungle and me dragging my bag into a dark unknown. I hated it. All wet and tired. No onceirge….? Toilet paper nil. Tissue paper nil. Very scarce and basic amenities. Considering i paid for premium water front chalet. Absolute let down. Will not stay again. "

"Beautiful hotel, great value for money. The most wonderful staff. Pool table and table tennis was under a shaded area in the pool bar area-so much fun and a good break from the sun! Not many resorts have shaded areas but the cabanas by the pool made a huge difference. Really fun slides in the pool which the kids enjoyed. There was no oats , muesli or Bircher at the breakfast which would have been nice but overall plenty of options at breakfast. Thanks for a great stay! "
