Our room main bedroom the blind in shower very dirty looked mouldy I used a towel to clean and saw that it was easy to clear housekeeping definitely dropped the ball with that. Ordered drinks at the pool. It took forever to get the drinks we were only two families at pool so not sure why it took them so long to deliver drinks"

"The hotel was generally excellent. Good location, great breakfast, nice room and staff. The only slight disappointment was the bar services. Theye were a bit overpriced, the sunken bar hasn't been used for years, and the main bar had no atmosphere (or customers). "

"The hotel, location, and the service were all good. There were some discrepancies in the room. The manager was very kind and he took care of them. The only complaint that I had was the first lady at the front desk who answered the call when I tried to tell her my room was not made completely. She instead of apologizing and solving the issue, she asked me if I requested to have my room cleaned. That was not professional and not acceptable. The beaches were useless. They were dirty and empty."
