A special shout out to the 3M filtered water tap which dispensed endless amount of clean, cool filtered water for us to beat the sweltering heat in Penang. Not forgetting the complimentary drinks in the bar and refrigerator too. Do head out to the swimming pool / deck for the amazing sunset too!"

"A definite must stay hotel. What a mansion and staff! Every thing was possible and did happen, the staff were efficient, very friendly and capable. The breakfast menu and selection was vast with Kumar being the best lemon daiquiri maker. The food and service was excellent. The beds and pillows, oh so dreamy. Honestly, every single thing about this mansion was 5 star. There is a traditional Guznan player and a jazz band in the more contemporary part of the hotel, both very good. The mansion has an amazing history and looks magnificent. The bathroom products are super and plentiful. They offer a thorough and informative tour of the mansion. You must stay here! "
