"The property is located in an areas that is not walkable. Have to take a taxi or bus anywhere you want to go. Property is great for families that like to stay at hotel and use facility but not for those that like to walk the area "

"Room was small, but yet spacious enough for two twin beds. Bathroom was clean n updated, altho the lighting can improve as it was a little dark. Was surprised to find bath robes n umbrellas in the closet provided as well as bedroom slippers. Nice jacuzzi on the roof top, and breakfast there too"

"Amazing beds and pillows, great rest and sleep. Location requires vehicle but 5 to 10 mins away from the malls.Walking to the malls is winding easier to grab a car. Reeption and lobby looks normal but the rooms are amazing huge and clean."

"Our stay was wonderful. Room was clean and has toiletries and slippers in case you forgot them at home. We did not have a car so parking wasn’t required but I was told that it’s difficult to find parking in Penang. On the hotels.com description it says close to shopping Center which I think is referring to Time square however that mall is closed. There are other shopping areas just a little farther away. "The staff here are excellent people. Nice. There was a rock concert across the street and I asked if we could move rooms to back and they accommodate. We stayed 5 nights only one was noisy because of concert. The staff cannot help that. Good breakfasts, good laundry services. Friendly, friendly, friendly. Wonderful people "
