"Check-in was horrible. I had to text someone to get the mailbox code to retrieve the key. My room was not in the building I booked. It was in a building 500 meters away. I had to wander around asking for help to find the building. I eventually found it. The aircon was not functioning. No hot water. Clothes washer was broken. "We had a lovely time at Lilian’s place following a week stay in Georgetown. Straits Quay has a quieter feel with plenty of restaurants and walkable area next to the sea. It’s further away from the central activities but not a problem to get a grab for transport. There is a convenient grocery located immediately outside the condo residence. We could also walk easily to Lotus. Lilian was very accommodating to our check in and informative about the surrounding areas. Great time."
