The only complaint that I had was the first lady at the front desk who answered the call when I tried to tell her my room was not made completely. She instead of apologizing and solving the issue, she asked me if I requested to have my room cleaned. That was not professional and not acceptable. The beaches were useless. They were dirty and empty."
