"The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Right upon check-in, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms was great. The additional amenities for the Rasa Wing guests is well worth it if you're planning to enjoy the hotel throughout the day. They offer a complimentary tea hour, as well as a cocktail hour. It is around a 30-40 minute drive to George Town, so not that convenient if you're planning to visit the town often. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Please note: the area around the property is safe at night. However it is a commercial area, so no tourist sights, no history, nothing to see, nothing to do, limited public transportation. You can eat out like in other parts of Penang, so no worries that you'll be forced to take all meals in the hotel. But otherwise is very much a check-in and sleep kind of place."

"The service and every staff member I interacted with were amazing, but unfortunately by room just hadn't had a good clean in a very long time. Mildew in the bathroom and crumbs under the bed, just not in a great condition."

"Under my account i done 3 bkgs (10 paxs) as packages (airfare hotels) yet hotel only found 3 rooms and said Expedia cancelled bkg !! Last min i need to re-book 2 rooms . Till now under investigate case# 08587810 yet to revert me. "

"I stayed here for 5 nights in March 2025. The staff were excellent, I got into my room early, which was great. The pool was being renovated but I was allowed into the G Gurney hotel nearby for access to the pool area. There is plenty to do and see along Gurney Drive. I highly recommend this hotel. Eamon"
