"Easy to find the hotel and easy parking. The room is big and very comfortable. Variety of beakfast menu and delicious. Near to Penang Sentral and Penang Bridge. "

"Everything is ok, except they are too many of invoice received from my credit even before I check-in. I have checked with the hotel front desk they ask me not to worry. So hopefully in the end I will receive only the room charges (not holding charges)"
