The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. "The Resort is set in a stunning location with wonderful views of Mount Kinabalu from the affiliated Restaurant. A stay in one of their 2 longhouses is a must and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The only downside to our stay was that we didn't get to try their famous homemade scones as they are too popular! "

"Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels)."

"Up the hill. Fresh and cool air. Can see the mount Kinabalu. It is a 2-storeyed with wooden floor foundation upstair. Can hear the moving steps sound of people from upstair especially at night. Will disturb our sleep at mid night."

"This property is so run down physically, pictures on the website are so deceiving. Spring in bed is so bad, wooden floor creaks, you will keep waking up if you are light sleeper with any movement in bed or across the room. The stench from the toilet is awful if you forget to close the door. Hot water runs out, so you better shower fast. Staff are friendly and accommodating though and the breath taking view of the mountain from your room makes the stay here worthwhile. The management needs to...
