"Great place to stay in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Convenient access to Pavilion mall, Bukit Bintang area and not too far from Petronas Towers. Pool could be a bit better but overvall great hotel with very nice rooms."

"All in all a nice property. It’s adjacent to Stesen Sentral so you can hear train noise. After a while it becomes background noise, however. I interacted with two people at the concierge desk. One was friendly and could not do enough for you. The other was competent in offering directions, but could have been more diplomatic. I do not think it was intentional but his tone could be interpreted as condescending to some foreigners. The main restaurant is massive. The food is average. The breakfast...
