"Had a good experience from the day we checked in (assisted by Hezren, thank you for the great help) to the housekeeping (example when we asked for plates and cutlery, it arrived super fast!) Services aside, the room is big enough with bathtubs and toilet is separated from the main wash area.. the area is also quite near a mall Nu Sentral (i think?) with food, shopping and services (manicure etc) The only not so positive thing is that some furniture and fixtures seems abit worn out but not a...

"“We stayed for two nights and were very happy with the staff, as well as the early check-in after a long overnight flight. The room on level 9, which is my favorite, was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The only issue was that the towels appeared worn out from overuse."

"The hotel was very nice and well located near to a train station. The hotel staff that we did interact with were fantastic with great customer service. The only let down was the breakfast buffet which we only went to on the last day. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, variety was lacking and there were probably too few staff to manage the hoards."

"It’s unusual to find a resort style property near a major airport. This hotel delivers that. Beautiful layout with pools , gym, restaurants and bars. We were given the wrong shuttle schedule which got us off to a bad start but the hotel improved our mood as soon as we arrived. Food was excellent. "
