"Booked a family room deluxe for 4 pax. TV channels can’t scan although the staff came to check it. As for the bathroom, the shower head broke and the staff need to tie it with a string, the bedroom aircond can’t adjust the swing too. And for the bed, my family and I got bitten by bedbugs. It’s been 4 days and the bites are still very itchy. "
