"Room was very spacious and clean and hotel conveniently located right next to KLIA Terminal 1. Even though it was not inside the terminal, there is a free buggy service every 5 minutes 24/7 that takes you right to the area with trolleys for your luggage at the elevators for departures. Food and service was also good. I recommend staying here for easy access to flight next day. "

"Amazing hotel and location!! It is in the heart of Bukit Bintang (the shopping/nightlife area for tourists) so it was super convenient and very short walk to many shops and restaurants. It was also right beside a gigantic and beautiful mall. The rooms were massive and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Staff were excellent as well. Will return to this hotel if I'm ever back in KL!"

"They allowed for early check-in which was really helpful. We realized only after we arrived that the booking was done thru third party and not directly thru the hotel which was a little hassle to get the communication established. At the end everything worked out well. We booked this hotel for the rooftop swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for a few weeks for maintenance. And, the washer has problems. It looks like it was a known problem and we lost one night sleep by being awake to...
