"bedsheet has stain and there's some smell in the room. Opposite the hotel got one shopping center and hotel quite near to wednesday kuah night market and duty free shops. staff service is good "

"My phone didn’t work in my room and I didn’t have a spare roll of toilet paper. The toilet near the pool needs to be repaired. But the pool is lovely and the bar service was excellent!!"

"The property needs upgrading, however it was pretty clean. The buffet breakfast included was good as they change the main menu daily. Reception staff was very helpful with information. Decided not to swim as the pool was beside the cafe. There's a surau in the cafe for Muslim fyi. There's a musky smell walking towards the cafe though that I thought the Hotel should do something about it.
