"Check-in was horrible. I had to text someone to get the mailbox code to retrieve the key. My room was not in the building I booked. It was in a building 500 meters away. I had to wander around asking for help to find the building. I eventually found it. The aircon was not functioning. No hot water. Clothes washer was broken.
