"All in all a nice property. It’s adjacent to Stesen Sentral so you can hear train noise. After a while it becomes background noise, however. I interacted with two people at the concierge desk. One was friendly and could not do enough for you. The other was competent in offering directions, but could have been more diplomatic. "“We stayed for two nights and were very happy with the staff, as well as the early check-in after a long overnight flight. The room on level 9, which is my favorite, was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The only issue was that the towels appeared worn out from overuse."

"The hotel was very nice and well located near to a train station. The hotel staff that we did interact with were fantastic with great customer service. The only let down was the breakfast buffet which we only went to on the last day. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, variety was lacking and there were probably too few staff to manage the hoards."

"Great location. Its 5 min to Bukit Bintang. So during the weekend, we are not stuck in the jam going to Bukit Bintang. All is great except leakage at Toilet and sink that cause the bathroom to smell"

"Best way to end 2024 and welcome 2025. Most relaxing vacation and stargazing at night was an awesome experience. Pool in the villa is just nice for everyday dip and aqua aerobics. Great hospitality of the hotel, inviting us for a NY’s eve cocktails at the Wave Dining restaurant. We will be back again. "
