"The hotel is a converted "shop house" (actually a mansion) filled with period furniture and artifacts. I had expected a "simple" breakfast but the choice was good. Room a bit spartan and there is no lift except to the most expensive rooms. So if you are not good on stairs or have heavy luggage, ask for a ground floor room. "

Has all you expect from a top quality hotel - comfortable beds, quality linens and great showers. Lots of lovely extra touches, lots of extra amenities in the bathrooms, fruit and water in the rooms - make this hotel stand out.
