"Love the location of the property, away from main road and set back, not far from Brinchang town. Beautiful property ground, love our room facing the mountain! Staff was very friendly. Service and food at The Lantern Chinese restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffer was good but could improve with more rotation of different varieties of food. We stayed 3 nights and breakfast quickly became very repitative."

"Lived our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was close to everything and we walked everywhere. A nice park across the street with a clock tower all lit up. Lots of dining options in the town and the food at the restaurant onsite was good too. Breakfast was plentiful. Small gripe…gym was small and no pool. "

"The property is older and has mould and bugs which are hard to ignore. We liked having the fridge, kettle and large space but the fridge was not cleaned well and I feared setting things down on the bottom. Our room was at the end of the building (quieter) but the wifi did not reach to connect. We had suggested drivers from the hotel cancel on us and little help from the front desk on options. "The hotel is new and is strategically located where you can easily walk out for meals or getting some basic items from the convenience stores. I think the staff needs more training to build a more hospitality working culture but I do appreciate that the hotel is located in a place where staffing may be hard to come by. "

"The place that I stay it's like never been clean before guest come in, it's full of dust and sand even on the bed. The curtain at the porch very dirty and a little smelly and also please put roof at the toliet it's very uncomfortable when rain and u want take a poop for a while but u are drenched because of the rain like it is in the middle of the night and it's very cold. Otherwise all okay just the room it's a little bit uncomfortable for me, yes on the day we likely not in the room much. But...

"Cheap hotel, so services are understandably not great. Hot water, shampoo shower gel, hair dryer, tv, fan available in room and water dispenser available on every floor. Have to pay refundable 50MYR deposit for keycard. Convenient location with nice restaurants, eateries, street food and convenience stores nearby. No complaints."

"Hübsch eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Gute Matratzen. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein, kaum Ablagefläche. Beim Duschen wird alles nass. Grundsätzlich schön gelegen, etwas abseits, weswegen wir es auch gebucht haben.
