"Property and amenities are very good, rooms a little cramped. Great shower room and bathroom facilities, V.poor WiFi! Very close to pool but could get moisy at tomes. Needs a better description in advertising to say chalet is a static and is on a holiday park. Overall a very good stay as weather was great 👍"

"Die Immobilie ist extrem abgewohnt. Bei unserer Ankunft war es sehr dreckig. Es wurde, nachdem wir an der Rezeption waren, komplett geputzt. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als karg. Es gibt keinen Backofen, keinen Toaster…. Die Küchenutensilien sind genauso abgewohnt wie der Rest… Schade dass man sowas noch mit fast 800 € für eine Woche zahlen muss. Zudem hatten wir im Borfeld in Catzand gebucht, dort wurde unser Hund bei der Buchung vergessen und konnte nicht nachgebracht werden."

"Wir wurden 2 Wochen vor der Urlaub umgebucht auf dieses Chalet. Die Heizung war bei Bezug defekt, wurde am 2. Tag repariert. Das Chalet war sehr feucht und teilweise mit Schimmel befallen. Der muffige Geruch ist kaum auszuhalten. Nachdem die Heizung lief haben wir praktisch dauergelüftet, mit mäßigem Erfolg. Hinzu kam das die Matratzen alle samt durchgelegen sind, so das sich im Kinderzimmer der Draht durch drückt. Die anderen kleinen Mängel wie schmutziges Geschirr hätten uns nicht den Urlaub...
