Surrounded by wild and romantic dunes, the fresh sea air greets you from the first minute of your vacation. Just a few steps away, the beautiful beach with its famous Red Cliff awaits you: look forward to long walks, delightful beach days, and the pure North Sea air. And, time and again, fantastic views – because your holiday apartment offers you a splendid, unobstructed sea view at its finest! Additionally, within a few minutes' walk, you'll find yourself in the glamorous center of Kampen, whether you take a leisurely stroll along Strönwai for shopping or indulge in one of the many cafes or restaurants. The popular restaurant Sturmhaube is also just a short, five-minute walk away. You can conveniently park your car in the property's underground garage.

Newly renovated and furnished with stylish designer furniture, selected antiques, and tasteful decor, the holiday home exudes timeless luxury while inviting you to feel at home. The walls are in warm, delicate earth tones, conveying a wonderful calm through their simple elegance. High-quality real wood parquet flooring creates a natural sense of space and a modern, clean atmosphere.
Upon entering the apartment, the expansive entrance area is inviting and offers numerous options for storing clothes and luggage with a large built-in wardrobe, spacious chest of drawers, and a storage table. At the end of the hallway, you'll find the spacious living-dining area with its long window front. From here, you have a fantastic view of the Kampen dunes, the sea, and the famous Quermarkenfeuer lighthouse. With two dining tables, you can choose according to your mood: the smaller table with the corner kitchen bench by the windows exudes Nordic coziness, while the designer wooden table with elegant, comfortable velvet chairs invites you to a candlelit dinner. The adjacent modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious dinner or a tasty breakfast. In the spacious living area, the stylish, comfortable corner couch and an armchair with a footstool practically invite you to relax – perhaps while watching a good film on the modern TV flatscreen? Various tasteful small lamps provide flattering indirect light.
The two large, bright bedrooms with panoramic windows offer the perfect retreat in the evenings. Enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the dunes from here and savor the fresh sea air flowing into the room when you open the windows. The comfortable, high-quality designer double beds with padded headboards are so cozy that you can relax here or cuddle up with your own TV flatscreen for a cozy TV evening. Your belongings can be quickly stowed away in the practical built-in wardrobes. The larger of the two rooms also has its own two-seater sofa! To dive right into the holiday feeling, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: the beds are freshly made for you, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 25 euros per person (except for children under 3 years old). For good health reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory for your booking.
We would also like to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We charge you the tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your holiday home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 25 euros.
