"The hotel is fine and the service is good. However, there is no one at the front desk in the evening. That meant I had to use my key to access the building. Quite a surprise for as many rooms as there are. I came back one mid-afternoon and found my key was not working. It was quickly resolved but there was no real explanation how it happened. Common with magnetic keys. However, it made going out later very uncomfortable, out of fear the key could stop working again. There is an emergency...

"Beautiful hotel, we had a great view of the river. Bathroom was dated but the deep bath was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, we didnt have breakfast so cant comment. "
