"What a great find! This house has been beautifully updated, but still maintains the rustic feel of a cabin. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the host was very responsive. The summer weather allowed us to enjoy the gorgeous wildflower garden out on the porch. My family enjoyed visiting the beach, local icecream and pastry shops, the Maritime Museum and the Astronomy Observatory."

"Everything was as advertised, and the view was even better than we expected -- gorgeous view of the river. We went in leaf season, and the property was gorgeous. It was very secluded and quiet, but not too far from things. Everything was clean and well thought out and the hosts were very responsive. We'd definitely stay here again. "

"Yves and Sylvie were warm and welcoming and communicated with us easily in English. Their home is spotless and beautifully decorated and a beautiful example of the type of building of the time. Typical of a home of the time, there are stairs to get to the rooms giving you a view of the St. Lawrence. Breakfast was personal and excellent with many choices including fresh eggs."

"Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes réunies pour les fêtes et sommes tous tombés en amour avec le chalet: propre, chaleureux, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le chalet est exceptionnellement bien équipé et nous avons également pu profiter du partenariat avec le Manoir Richelieu pour aller au spa. André a été un hôte attentif et s'est toujours assuré que nous ayons tout ce dont nous avions besoin."
