"We enjoyed our stay in a suite room. Everything was great except bathroom. It was small and the shower can be improved to match with the rest of the room. The room was spacey and the windows have blinds and drapes they were nice to be able to adjust the outside light. There were complimentary drinks in the fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again for next visit for sure."

"I purposely wanted a room with a balcony where I can sit & enjoy the ocean, & the balcony & access to it was awesome. The place was dated & worn. The carpet was clean, but had plenty of stains. The condo was spacious & it was great having a fully-equipped kitchen & a laundry room. The short walk to the beach & the use of the sister Grand Hotel across the street was a plus. The onsen at the Grand Hotel is much better than the onsen at the Towers. Great to have restaurants, supermarkets & drug stores within walking distance. Sea World is close by too."

"Stayed as family of 9 on fireworks night. It was a little too far that we had to drive to the spot to park and walk to the beach to see the fireworks. Local supermarket is in 1 min drive. Extra parkings right next to the property. We had a great time. "

"Not much English spoken (Google translate to the rescue) nor on the menus, first night we went to the dining area but were escorted to the snack bar for some strange reason, WATCH OUT for the stealth “bathing/ hot springs” tax of ¥600 at check-out, even though we didn’t even use the pool or any other facilities (not a word of it when we checked in- hadn’t we been pressed for time to return the car back at Haneda I’d have refused to pay and told them to call the cops but hey…), not even a sachet of coffee in the room, air con kept switching itself on a few minutes after we switched it off."
