Very nice people are working in this hotel. Second year I go to work to Kamloops in winter-spring time. And I always stay here.

Place was ok for price, only problem was after arriving back to hotel just after 11 pm, room key didn’t work, had to wait outside office in cold for desk clerk to wake up and answer door, took about 15 mins.

The name says it all, for an overnight stop it was great. Friendly staff, quiet spacious room. The room itself was dated, carpet particularly old but clean sheets always wins. If we split up our return trip we'll stay again.

I have stayed here quite a few times. I feel the property has deteriorated. The staff are nice enough. We stayed in a room that had no heat. They provided a space heater. The pool and hot tub have been closed for at least a year? The breakfast is absolute minimal. Location, price, and pet friendly are the only draws to this property. I would spent the extra money to stay at another pet friendly property next time.

Most of the power outlets in our room did not work, or the main baseboard heater. Although a space heater was provided. The towel bar was missing in the bathroom and the bed coverlet was badly torn. There wasn't a warm blanket or duvet so we just turned the heat up. But it was very inexpensive
