"The rooms are clean and functional as the facility is primarily as a lodge for skiing and hiking. The staff was exceptional. We had purchased flowers as a gift for relatives and upon seeing us taking them to our room, the staff provided us with a vase to keep them in water until we were ready to deliver them. Breakfast is included and is a substantial assortment of selections. We also had one dinner in the restaurant which was excellent: barscz (beet soup) and potato pancakes reminded us of grandma's."

"Standard double room advertised as much bigger, see photos e.g. with armchair and desk space. In reality, there is no armchair and desk available, apart from of the TV's, so the room is definitely smaller, e.g. the one you see under twin bed room. Some of the spaces will need some improvement in the next few years, but still a 4/5. Apart from this, I am very satisfied, clean, silent, and well equipped spaces, great kitchen ( food quality), the Wellness suit is AMAZING. And the Staff is brilliant, caring and helpful. The location of the hotel is totally perfect, 2-3mins to the train and bus stations, the food store and literally on the way to the cable cars/ ski lifts from the station. I also recommend the Tourism Centre (Tourinform) in front of the hotel and the Norwegian sports equipment store next to the hotel. The stay left me with memories I will cherish for a lifetime and thanks for the Aplend's Staff for this."

"Great food in the restaurant. Close to see the old parts of Nowy and Stary Sącz. Close enough to walk there. Far enough not to hear city noise and run in peace around"

"Very comfortable- we had a small apartment and it was a great space to relax in at the end of the day. Everything in Tatranska Lomnica was walkable from the hotel."

"too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience"

"Hotel Willa Tatrzańska is the most amazing hotel you can pick in the Krynica-Zdroj region. The staff are amazing, professional and very patient if you don’t speak Polish. They helped with everything I needed and made me feel right at home. The front desk staff are super helpful with recommendations for places to visit and for making sure you have everything you need. The restaurant is one of the best in Poland and conveniently located in the lobby, the restaurant staff will help you with ordering and are extremely accommodating which I’m grateful for. The spa below the lobby is so amazing and relaxing, very professional staff that made sure I got the perfect massage and they treated me so nicely. The prices are very reasonable and overall if I need to return to Krynica Zdroj I will stay here without question. Beautiful little town around the hotel filled with restaurants shops and there is a beautiful park across from the hotel up to the top of a beautiful mountain with a restaurant on top. Thanks to all the hotel staff who helped me and I can easily recommend this hotel for solo or family travelers, 10 out of 10!!!"
