"Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."

"Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. "Unsere Anreise war eine vollkommene Katastrophe. Doch als wir nach 14 Stunden endlich in unserer Unterkunft ankamen, war alles vergessen. Das Haus war liebevoll eingerichtet, Manuela hatte bereits die Heizung aufgedreht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt.
