"This was a small apartment instead of a hotel room. Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to transportation and shopping. The only problem is the lack of front desk, I took out trash and was supposed to get another bag but they never left me a replacement, had to improvise with my own shopping bag. I'm not sure I would do another visit with no front desk available. Overall nice experience though. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. It is one or two blocks to the bus stop, but is convenient to walk to Pontocho and shopping as well as Gion across the Kamo River. The Fresco grocery store was next door. The room had a nice kitchen and a spacious table for dining. The room was very large and even had a set of bunk beds which we didn’t need. The bed was firm but comfortable. It was in good a quiet location but close to many sites and to the bus system. "

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service.
