"１１月に３泊しました。最高のロケーション 、新しくてキレイ。ベッドも良質でした。 アルテマイスターもレジデンス城も歩いて行けます。同建物の1階にスーパーあり食材に困らない。モールビルもトラム駅も向かい、歩いて１分とかからない。空調、シャワーも快適。商業地区の真ん中ですが、非常に静かでした。 現地で受発信できるスマホは必須。英語設定で使っていますが、ドイツ語、英語ができれば何も困らないでしょう。（日本語しかわからないとエントランス、入室のセキュリティで難渋するかも）食器、ネスプレッソ、トースター、湯沸かし、電磁調理器、オーブンあり。ただし電子レンジはありませんでした。また来ることがあればリピートしたいです。"

"Unser Aufenthalt war mit vielen Pannen und Unzulänglichkeiten versehen. Es ging los, dass unsere Ferienwohnung nicht übergabefertig war. Wir konnten erst Abends eine Ersatzwohnung für 3 Personen beziehen, obwohl wir 4 Personen waren. Ein Feldbett war für einen 17 jährigen kein Ersatz und konnte nicht genutzt werden, es klappte zusammen. Am nächsten Tag wurde auf unser drängen die gebuchte Wohnung schnell gereinigt und fertig gemacht. Früh war entweder gar kein Wasser da oder nur kaltes Wasser...

"Wir waren in der Fewo OG links. Schlüsselübergabe komplikationslos, sauber gereinigte Fewo vorgefunden, insgesamt guter Eindruck. Sanitäreinrichtung neu, Möbel in guten Zustand. Schlafzimmer liegen hangseitig, somit kein Straßenlärm. Bei Belegung mit mehr als zwei Personen ist die Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad zu gering. Für Kleidung sind in der Fewo insgesamt nur sechs Schubladen (je Schlafzimmer eine Kommode). Es gibt keine Schrankmöglichkeit für Hängekleidung. Ausführung der Renovierungsarbeiten...

"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"

Across the street from probably the most interesting site in town (Dresden Zwinger, looks like an old palace, with museums), and about 2 blocks walk to the town's centra; square where they hold oldest Christmas market in Europe. Restaurants all around. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a fantastic view of the Zwinger. We had the XXL suite, and our kids loved the bunk beds while the adults enjoyed the other comfortable beds. All very clean, nice kitchen and bathroom, great value....

"What a great stay! The Staff Amazing, (Thanks Udo) for all the information and recommendations. We normally don’t do breakfast let alone a buffet but buffet at their sister property is a do not miss! Make sure you ask for Eggs Benedict wonderful. A washer in the unit was wonderful, let staff know and they will bring you a drying rack. Location is perfect, close to sites and a moderate walk from the HBF. You won’t be disappointed thanks Udo for a great stay. "
