"Firstly, this property is in a great location, Bathroom is very clean, bed very firm but comfortable with very clean sheets, coffee, snacks and tea on the ground level no kettle for your morning in room so you have to catch the elevator and back to make your coffe. Our only complaint would be the lack of 24/7 manned front desk as per advertised. Waited 25 minutes after ringing the office bell several times next door, We eventually headed to the hostel next door so that they could ring our host and let them know we were here as we did not have a Korean mobile service Phone. There was a sign on the front desk stating they were working on other tasks and some phone numbers to ring.
