"Beautiful historic building, excellent location."

"My wife and I stayed at the Lydia hotel (classic double room) for one night in July 2024. We absolutely loved this Michelin star hotel! The hotel and the room were very clean, modern, and had everything we needed. Our room faced the park, so it was very quiet, and we slept like babies in the very, very comfortable bed. The location is fantastic, right across the street from the old town’s main square. There was no room in their parking garage as I hadn’t pre-booked parking, so bear this in mind. I parked in an underground garage a ten-minute walk from the hotel, and it was very reasonable (€10/day). The breakfast was extraordinary, lots of choices but also so well prepared, from the fluffy scrambled eggs to the honey produced in their own apiary on the roof of the hotel. We were sorry we didn’t eat at the restaurant the night before when we saw how great their breakfast was. Perhaps best of all was the lovely staff. They were all so friendly and helpful, in stark contrast to what we experienced the previous two days in Tallinn. You won’t go wrong with this delightful hotel, and we would absolutely stay there again."
