"Our trip to the Maldives at Vakkaru was a dream come true. We were blessed with perfect weather and amazing experiences, like swimming with mantas, thanks to Sato's exceptional care. Breakfast was always a highlight, thanks to Azzam's warm welcome and guidance through the buffet. Meeting Ankita and Sajith added to our joy, with Sajith's incredible coffee art and cocktails. Ahoo even helped us capture perfect moments on the swings. The massages by Ana and Neva were the best we've ever had....

"It is a beautiful and quiet island (depending on the volume of the other guests). There’s plenty of fish around the island to make snorkeling very interesting. The staff were very accommodating by letting is check in early and check out late. It was much appreciated. Communication with the staff was sometimes difficult. Before checking in, I emailed the staff to ask a couple of questions, but the reply was not very helpful. The same on check out. Also, the representative was not at the airport...

"I was here previously, decided to come for a 20 day stay to recharge.. They really let the place go downhill in every way. I felt like I was doing a spotting job rather than having a vacation especially the first week.simple things like painting rusted things all over the island. Not clearing garbage that washes onto the beach, which I and other guests would put up high on the beach figuring they did a walk around daily. No, same garbage was not even noticed because the management doesn't care....

"Stunning location, attentive staff who just avoid in going too far. Excellently maintained facilities and as a vegan, the range of choice of food was exceptional. Room was beautiful (though I caught my foot on an ill-maintained wood plank by my pool causing a large splinter). So much about our trip was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended "
