"The property is outstanding, very clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The exterior, pool, garden area are beautifully set up and very zen. It’s not very close to anything other than 2-3 restaurants so you need a car. But coming back to this spot after your day on the beach or any other place feels really good! "

"The property is well situation in the centre of Chania Town Square. The space (room 6) is self contained. Front desk staff are amazing, welcoming, informative. In our room, on arrival, we had fresh fruit, water, juice, wine, toiletries. Very clean and comfortable for two. I will say however that because there is a restaurant below it was quite noisy in the evening until about 11:30pm. So if you are early to bed, like we were, that was a small issue. But not a deal breaker for the comfort,...

"The property itself was fine. The property manager left without giving us any way into the property. I had messaged her that our flight was delayed. She didn’t seem to understand that people traveling don’t have constant access to data. We got there and there was no one there and no one at the office or any note for us. "This was a beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of Old Town. We had a spacious suite with a loft. The pool was an excellent addition to take a dip after our walks. Breakfast was so yummy, especially the Greek pastries and yoghurt. The outdoor area was beautiful. Would highly recommend this quaint hotel."

"Property was clean, modern, and safe with nice view of water. Welcome beverage was an unexpected treat. Warm breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint would be the limited parking with no signage. The congested area is very convenient to the waterfront dining. Great hotel despite limited parrking. "

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on the balcony enjoying a book. Chania old town is also very close ."
